Amazing staff and well organized floor layout of the games. There is a high top bar in the middle of the action which is very cool 😎 a ton of newer style games along with some oldie but Goldie games for the OG's ... my newest favorite is the dodgeball game

I arrive at the bar at 9:10 PM. I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes. Talia never proper greeted me. She yelled to ask me if I needed anything from across the bar with all the noise inside of Dave & Buster’s. I think you would have better customer service and come over to the guest and ask them properly. Do you need any menu? Can I get you anything? None of the customer service I expected was received this evening. This is the worst service ever.. I found the manager of the day in blue shirt and I let him know what was going on. No one gave me a menu. No one asked me if I needed anything. All I wanted was to get two cherry icy for my two kids and one drink for the happy hour menu. As Talia saw me speaking to the manager, she approached us very rudely and stated that she did try to help me which she is lying , all managers can check the cameras at 9:10-9:25pm, did not greet me properly face-to-face at all. At 9:40pm This is when I finally got my drink, which is embarrassing. My kids were very thirsty and waited for a very long time because of bad service from Talia. The manager of the day, he give me an extra game tickets for the kids to play since they had to wait more than 3

We recently had a Youth group social outing at the D&B location in Hollywood; the girls had a great time! There were the typical food options - burgers, wings, fish & chips, and pasta - all very tasty. It wasn't overcrowded and the gaming options were great!

We had my son's birthday party here today & it was an awesome experience. Our waiter Zaire was amazing & so was his service. We definitely look forward to coming back & having another amazing experience. The manager here Akilla is a wonderful person. She gave me a lot of helpful & useful information to decide on what food & game packages to do for my son & his friend's. I thank you both for an amazing & welcoming experience. Hope to see you both next time. 🥰🌷🫶😊

Food is bar style. Wings,burgers,salads. They do offer some pasta dishes. Wings a very good. The game room is always fun! Easy to spend a few hours here.

We visited Dave & Buster’s in Hollywood, FL to celebrate my nephew’s birthday, and overall the family had a great time! 🎉 This location is huge, really nice inside, and there was plenty of parking, which made arriving with a group easy. We were seated in a booth, and while our waitress came over quickly, she didn’t introduce herself just asked if we wanted something to drink. We started with waters, then ordered drinks: a glass of sparkling wine and a mango peach Bellini. The Bellini was tasty, but it was filled with a lot of ice, so I wish there was a bit less to fully enjoy the drink. Food-wise, everything was good. We ordered the cheesy spinach dip, grilled chicken quesadillas, boneless wings in the spicy Korean flavor (delicious!), and an apple pecan salad. We also got two platters of the Big Wings & Things one BBQ and one lemon pepper and both were a hit. The service is where things were a little mixed. Our waitress brought out part of the food, and another staff member brought the rest but had a noticeable attitude. When we politely asked for sour cream, she rudely said we needed to ask our waitress instead of just passing the request along or grabbing it. We totally under

I've been coming to this Dave and Busters for 10 years+. There have been great times and full satisfaction and there have been times where the experience was heavily lacking, to say the least. **Gaming selection is great! But very pricey. **Customer Service from birth the manager at the front and our waitor were both stellar and quite pleasant. However, the bar staff in the main game room was absolute garbage. No one doing nothing and to get their attention is like requesting the second coming of Jesus. They were not busy and could not provide a nice experience to just a handful of people. Very irritating. **overall cleanliness is mediocre to just plan bad.... it's definitely time for a massive makeover internally AND externally. So much trash and just plan filth that really turned me off. **The prize room is weak and simply RIDICULOUSLY priced. Better to simply get rid of it instead of building up the hopes of the kids with the THOUGHT that they might be able to afford a boring 6in. plush toy. **Food was good. ***BEST BET IS TO COME ON WEDNESDAYS FOR THE 50% OFF ALL GAMES (with no ability to collect tickets due to the discounted games). As a wing lover I have to say the (lemon pepper) wings here were the best I have eaten in the Miami area. Wouldn’t have expected it. Really crispy and flavorful. The truffle fries were also really good. Our waiter was nice, however he was alone, so some things took a while, but that was no big problem.
